His Grace Bishop Thomas Visits Most Holy Theotokos Rescuer of the Perishing

His Grace the Right Reverend Thomas (Joseph) visited Most Holy Theotokos Rescuer of the Perishing, touring the facility, speaking with residents, and praying in the chapel. Bishop Thomas serves the Antiochian Archdiocese of North America in the Diocese of Charleston, Oakland and the Mid-Atlantic.

Since our inception, Bishop Thomas has been enthusiastically supportive of our ministry to the Orthodox elderly and infirm.  Upon arrival, His Grace was greeted by Father Johannes Jacobse, member of the Board of Directors and pastor of Saint Peter Antiochian Orthodox Church in Bonita Springs.  In addition, Father Gregory Edwards, pastor of Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in New Port Richey, Florida, visited us for the first time.
